Cultivating qualified teaching staff for basic education is the running persuit of normal universities and the key to guarantee of basic education reform and development. Chengdu Normal University has formed the〝Four Moderni-zations〝 and 〝Eight Platforms〝employment promotion mode of normal university students,which is a strong impetus to the normal university studentsˊenhancement of the quality of employment.
