通过在环氧树脂E44/聚醚胺D400体系中引入三种不同结构的活性稀释剂(C12、207和ERD512),研究了稀释剂对环氧树脂粘度及其固化涂层硬度、附着力和抗冲击性能的影响。结果表明,随着活性稀释剂加入量的提高,环氧树脂粘度和固化涂层的硬度均逐渐降低,附着力先增大后减小;在环氧树脂中加入适量的活性稀释剂,可以提高固化涂层的抗冲击性能,双环氧基活性稀释剂ERD512的增韧效果最明显。

통과재배양수지E44/취미알D400체계중인입삼충불동결구적활성희석제(C12、207화ERD512),연구료희석제대배양수지점도급기고화도층경도、부착력화항충격성능적영향。결과표명,수착활성희석제가입량적제고,배양수지점도화고화도층적경도균축점강저,부착력선증대후감소;재배양수지중가입괄량적활성희석제,가이제고고화도층적항충격성능,쌍배양기활성희석제ERD512적증인효과최명현。
The influence of reactive diluent on the viscosity, hardness, adhesion and impact properties of epoxy resin are discussed through the addition of three kinds of reactive diluents (C12, 207 and ERD512) in bisphenol A epoxy resinE44-polyether amine D400 system. The research shows that with the increase content of reactive diluent, the viscosity of epoxy resin and the hardness of cured coating decreased, and the adhesion increased at first then decreased. Moreover, the impact property of cured coating was improved by adding proper amount of reactive diluent. Especially, biepoxide reactive diluent 512 showed the optimum toughening effect among the three kinds of reactive diluents above.
