腐蚀是管道失效的主要原因，所以进行腐蚀缺陷管道的风险分析是极为重要的。通过有限元法分析腐蚀管道的风险因素，采用 ANSYS软件建模对腐蚀缺陷管道在不同缺陷尺寸和位置下的最大等效应力和失效压力进行了计算和分析，得出内压、缺陷尺寸与最大等效应力的关系，同时得出了采用X60以上中高强度管材的优势，完成了腐蚀缺陷管道初步的风险评估。

Corrosion is the main cause of pipeline failure, so the risk analysis of pipeline with corrosion defects is extremely important. Analyse risk factors of pipeline with corrosion defect by FEA and calculate and analyse the maximum equivalent stress and the failure stress of pipeline with corrosion defect in different size and location by creating model by ANSYS. It can draw the relations of pressure and defect size with the maximum equivalent stress, while it can see the advantages of the high strength pipeline. It complete a preliminary risk assessment of pipeline with corrosion defects.
