目的:探讨四周中小强度有氧运动对肥胖青少年的减肥效果以及对其身体形态、身体机能和身体素质的影响。方法以参加封闭式暑期减肥运动营的肥胖青少年48名作为研究对象,测定相关身体形态指标、身体机能指标和身体素质指标。制定个性化的运动处方,四周实验后比较各项指标的变化。结果四周有氧运动后肥胖青少年身体形态指标和身体机能指标显著下降;下肢蹬踏爆发力、右手握力、坐位体前屈、闭眼单脚站立等身体素质指标均显著改善。结论中小强度长时间有氧运动,对于肥胖青少年具有良好的减肥作用,不仅可以降低其体重、体脂率等身体形态指标,同时还提高了心血管系统的机能,明显改善肥胖青少年的身体素质,对青少年的成长起到良好的促进作用。

목적:탐토사주중소강도유양운동대비반청소년적감비효과이급대기신체형태、신체궤능화신체소질적영향。방법이삼가봉폐식서기감비운동영적비반청소년48명작위연구대상,측정상관신체형태지표、신체궤능지표화신체소질지표。제정개성화적운동처방,사주실험후비교각항지표적변화。결과사주유양운동후비반청소년신체형태지표화신체궤능지표현저하강;하지등답폭발력、우수악력、좌위체전굴、폐안단각참립등신체소질지표균현저개선。결론중소강도장시간유양운동,대우비반청소년구유량호적감비작용,불부가이강저기체중、체지솔등신체형태지표,동시환제고료심혈관계통적궤능,명현개선비반청소년적신체소질,대청소년적성장기도량호적촉진작용。
Obj ective To investigate the effects of a 4-week weight reduction exercise on body morphology,physical func-tion and physical fitness of obese adolescents.Methods 48 obese adolescents (28 males,20 females)taking part in the Summer Sports Camp were selected as the research subj ects to measure their body morphology indicators,body function indicators and body quality indicators.An individualized sports scheme was then designed for each research subj ect.And four weeks later, the measurement of the three types of indices was repeated and the results of both times were compared.Results The indices in terms of the body morphology and body function decrease significantly after the four week sports scheme;the indices in terms of the body quality are remarkably improved in aspects like the lower limbs explosive force,the right hand gripping power,the sitting trunk forward bending,one leg standing with closed eyes.Conclusions 4-week aerobic exercise with low and moderate intensity can effectively reduce the body fat in obese adolescents.It not only brings down body weight,body fat percentage and body circumference,but also improves the function of cardiovascular system and the physical fitness,so it has obvious effect on promoting obese adolescents’health.
