使用扫描电镜对中国繁柳组34个种的叶表皮微形态进行观察。结果表明繁柳组中大部分种类在蜡质层类型，气孔形态，气孔外拱盖等方面有显著差异。其中，蜡质层类型有5种，分别是平滑蜡质层、壳状蜡质层、痂状蜡质层、锥形纤维体和鳞片状纤维体，其中锥形纤维体和鳞片状纤维体均为柳属所特有的蜡质类型。气孔外拱盖形态主要分为隆起和扁平2种，其中27种气孔外拱盖隆起，所占繁柳组34个种的比例为84．3％。叶表皮微形态对繁柳组一些表型相似的种类有很好的鉴别作用，对验证繁柳组分类处理问题具有重要意义。

We studied the leaf epidermal microfeatures of 34 Salix Sect.denticulatae of China under scanning electronic micro-scope.The wax layer of Salix can be divided into five types , smooth layer, crust, fissured layer, conicoids and scale-like conicoids.Among those types, conicoids and scale-like conicoids are exclusively found in Salix.The morphology of outer stomatal ledge can be mainly divided into upheaval and smooth , and among them 27 species have ridgy outer stomatal ledge with the proportion of 84.3%.The leaf epidermal microfeatures is useful to classify the similar species and verify the classi -fication problem of S.Sect.denticulatae.
