LTE系统是未来移动通信系统的主流技术,承载的业务多样化是LTE系统的一个重要特征。基于GBR业务的特征和经典的调度算法,提出一种基于注水原理的下行调度算法,该算法既能解决调度的公平性,又能够最大化满足用户的QoS业务要求。

LTE system is to be the mainstream technology of future mobile communication systems, an important feature of the LTE system is that to carry diverse traffics.Based on both GBR traffic features and classic scheduling algorithm, in this paper we propose a new LTE downlink scheduling algorithm which is based on water filling principle.The algorithm can solve both the scheduling fairness and the maximisation of meeting users’ traffic requirements in QoS service.
