收集深圳市2010年－2012年部分宠物医院的犬肿瘤病例41例，采用组织病理学方法对犬肿瘤病例进行组织学分类，并对患病动物的年龄、性别和发生部位进行了统计分析。38例确诊肿瘤病例中，皮肤肿瘤有19例，包括鳞状细胞癌4例、基底细胞癌5例、乳头状瘤3例，皮脂腺瘤和肛周腺癌各2例，脂肪瘤、黑色素瘤、角化棘皮瘤各1例；乳腺肿瘤9例，包括乳腺癌3例、乳腺鳞状细胞癌2例、乳腺癌肉瘤2例、黏液癌1例，患犬以雌性为主；其他部位肿瘤分别有纤维肉瘤2例，血管瘤、肺癌、淋巴瘤、睾丸精原细胞瘤、睾丸支柱细胞瘤、组织细胞癌、鳞状细胞癌、乳头状瘤各1例。上述结果显示，犬肿瘤的高发部位是皮肤，其次是乳腺，其发生年龄以7岁以上为多，在发病动物的品种上没有明显差别；除乳腺肿瘤外，其余肿瘤的性别差异不大。本研究为犬肿瘤的流行病学及诊断提供了参考依据。
수집심수시2010년－2012년부분총물의원적견종류병례41례，채용조직병이학방법대견종류병례진행조직학분류，병대환병동물적년령、성별화발생부위진행료통계분석。38례학진종류병례중，피부종류유19례，포괄린상세포암4례、기저세포암5례、유두상류3례，피지선류화항주선암각2례，지방류、흑색소류、각화극피류각1례；유선종류9례，포괄유선암3례、유선린상세포암2례、유선암육류2례、점액암1례，환견이자성위주；기타부위종류분별유섬유육류2례，혈관류、폐암、림파류、고환정원세포류、고환지주세포류、조직세포암、린상세포암、유두상류각1례。상술결과현시，견종류적고발부위시피부，기차시유선，기발생년령이7세이상위다，재발병동물적품충상몰유명현차별；제유선종류외，기여종류적성별차이불대。본연구위견종류적류행병학급진단제공료삼고의거。
Absrtact:41 cases of suspected Tumors materials from some pet hospitals in Shenzhen were collected from 2010 to 2012.The spontaneous canine tumors were histologically classified.Then the age of onset,sex and sites of Tumors were statistically analyzed.Among them,38 cases were diagnosed as Tumors.There were 19 cases of dermatoma,including 4 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,5 cases of basal cell carcinoma, 3 cases of papillomatosis,2 cases of steatadenoma,and sebaceous gland carcinoma respectively,and 1 case of lipoma,keratoacanthoma,melanoma respectively.9 cases were diagnosed as breast neoplasms including 3 cases of breast cancer,2 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the breast,2 cases of breast intraductal car-cinoma and 1 case of mucinous carcinoma.Interestingly,7 dogs of them were females.Among 11 cases of the other tumors,there were 2 cases of fibrosarcoma,1 case of hemangioma,lung cancer,lymphoma,tes-ticular seminoma,testicular pillar cell Tumors,histiocytoma,squamous cell carcinoma,papilloma respec-tively.The results indicated that the high incident site was derma,and the breast was second.The major age of onset was above 7 years old.There were no significant difference among the variaties of dogs.This study provides efficent evidence for the epidemiology and diagnosis of canine tumor.
