研究精氨酸(Arg)对胎鼠子宫微血管的影响,阐明其缓解宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)的部分机理。将120只雌性小鼠随机分为6组,即对照组,A 组(基础日粮添加2.5 g/kg Arg,下同),B 组(5 g/kg Arg),C组(7.5 g/kg Arg),D 组(10 g/kg Arg),E 组(15 g/kg Arg)。试验期间各组自由采食和饮水。每组随机抽取10只孕鼠进行眼球摘除采血,颈椎脱臼处死孕鼠,分别检测 IUGR、子宫胎盘的微血管密度、NOS 活力和NO 含量。结果与对照组相比,D 组可显著降低 IUGR 发生率达64.99%(P <0.05)。B、C、D、E 组可极显著(P <0.01)提高小鼠胎盘 NOS 活力及 NO 含量,各组子宫胎盘均未见病变。B 组比对照组子宫微血管密度和胎盘微血管密度分别增加了16.30%和10.58%,但未达到显著水平(P >0.05)。说明 Arg 可能通过改善子宫和胎盘血液循环和母胎营养物质供应,达到缓解 IUGR 的作用。

연구정안산(Arg)대태서자궁미혈관적영향,천명기완해궁내발육지완(IUGR)적부분궤리。장120지자성소서수궤분위6조,즉대조조,A 조(기출일량첨가2.5 g/kg Arg,하동),B 조(5 g/kg Arg),C조(7.5 g/kg Arg),D 조(10 g/kg Arg),E 조(15 g/kg Arg)。시험기간각조자유채식화음수。매조수궤추취10지잉서진행안구적제채혈,경추탈구처사잉서,분별검측 IUGR、자궁태반적미혈관밀도、NOS 활력화NO 함량。결과여대조조상비,D 조가현저강저 IUGR 발생솔체64.99%(P <0.05)。B、C、D、E 조가겁현저(P <0.01)제고소서태반 NOS 활력급 NO 함량,각조자궁태반균미견병변。B 조비대조조자궁미혈관밀도화태반미혈관밀도분별증가료16.30%화10.58%,단미체도현저수평(P >0.05)。설명 Arg 가능통과개선자궁화태반혈액순배화모태영양물질공응,체도완해 IUGR 적작용。
The objective is to investigate the effects of arginine on fetal microvessels in mice,to illuminate the mechanismts of the intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR).120 female mice were randomly divided into six groups according to arginine(Arg)levels supplemented in diets.Arg supplements in groups con-trol,A,B,C,D,E were 0,2.5,5,7.5,10,15 mL/kg,respectively.Mice consumed the diets and water free-ly.10 mice from each group were randomlyselected and killed,detecting IUGR,microvessel density of u-terus and placenta,distribution NOS activity and NO content on gestational 16th day.Compared with the control mice,the dietary supplementation with B to E Arg decreased the IUGR rates.The uterine NOS ac-tivity,placental NOS activity and placental tissue NO content of pregnancy mice in B,C,D,E were signif-icantly increased (P <0.01),pathological changes wasn′t found in the experiment.The microvessel densi-ties of uterus and placenta in group B were increased by 16.30% and 10.58% respectively compared with control,but not significant (P >0.05).The results indicated that Arg can improve uteroplacental circula-tion and maternal-fetal nutritive substance supplement,thus contributing to relieve IUGR.
