针对目前数字化电能表“溯源”方法存在的问题进行了分析,提出了一种计算型模拟标准表的概念及其“溯源”方案,使数字化电能表“溯源”统一到模拟溯源体系中,从而维护电能计量溯源及传递体系的稳定性。数字化电能表“溯源”理念的突破简化了数字化电能表计量工作,相对科学地解决了数字化电能表关于“溯源”的困惑。
針對目前數字化電能錶“溯源”方法存在的問題進行瞭分析,提齣瞭一種計算型模擬標準錶的概唸及其“溯源”方案,使數字化電能錶“溯源”統一到模擬溯源體繫中,從而維護電能計量溯源及傳遞體繫的穩定性。數字化電能錶“溯源”理唸的突破簡化瞭數字化電能錶計量工作,相對科學地解決瞭數字化電能錶關于“溯源”的睏惑。

This paper analyzed the problems existing in the“traceability”technical methods of the digital electrical power meters,and proposed the concept of the computational analog standard meter and a related“traceability”meth-od to make the“traceability”method unified into the system of analog traceability and therefore to maintain the stabil-ity of the electric energy metering traceability and transmission system. The breakthrough in the“traceability”concept for the digital electrical power meter has simplified the work in digital electrical power metering,and also solved the controversial issues appearing in the traceability methods of the digital electrical power meter.
