针对目前数字化电能表“溯源”方法存在的问题进行了分析，提出了一种计算型模拟标准表的概念及其“溯源”方案，使数字化电能表“溯源”统一到模拟溯源体系中，从而维护电能计量溯源及传递体系的稳定性。数字化电能表“溯源”理念的突破简化了数字化电能表计量工作，相对科学地解决了数字化电能表关于“溯源”的困惑。
침대목전수자화전능표“소원”방법존재적문제진행료분석，제출료일충계산형모의표준표적개념급기“소원”방안，사수자화전능표“소원”통일도모의소원체계중，종이유호전능계량소원급전체체계적은정성。수자화전능표“소원”이념적돌파간화료수자화전능표계량공작，상대과학지해결료수자화전능표관우“소원”적곤혹。
This paper analyzed the problems existing in the“traceability”technical methods of the digital electrical power meters,and proposed the concept of the computational analog standard meter and a related“traceability”meth-od to make the“traceability”method unified into the system of analog traceability and therefore to maintain the stabil-ity of the electric energy metering traceability and transmission system. The breakthrough in the“traceability”concept for the digital electrical power meter has simplified the work in digital electrical power metering,and also solved the controversial issues appearing in the traceability methods of the digital electrical power meter.
