以乙醇溶液为提取溶剂,在单因素试验基础上,利用响应曲面法对楼梯草抗氧化活性物质提取工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,楼梯草总抗氧化活性物质的最优提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数为51%、液料比20∶1(mL∶g)、提取时间50 min、温度85℃、提取2次,优化条件下其抗氧化活性物质的实际提取率为1.405%。楼梯草叶、茎中的提取率分别为3.048%、0.516%。

In this article, we used ethanol solution as extrat solvent, according to single-factor experiments, optimizating the extraction technology of antioxidants from Elatostema involuratum Franch.et Sav. by response surface methodology (RSM). The optimum extraction conditions of antioxidants from Elatostema involuratum Franch.et Sav. were obtained as follows:the concentration of ethanol 51%, liquid/solid ratio 20∶1 (mL∶g), extraction time 50 min, extraction temperature 85℃, extraction times twice, the yield of antioxidants were 1.405%under this condition. And the yield of antioxidants from leaves and stalks were 3.048%, 0.516%, respectively.
