研究了LfcinB作为免疫强化剂以及营养强化剂对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。主要应用CCK-8法检测LfcinB对人T淋巴细胞白血病细胞(Jurkat细胞)活力的影响,应用双标记流式细胞术分析LfcinB抑制Jurkat细胞生长的作用方式。研究结果证实,LfcinB对Jurkat细胞增殖的影响与LfcinB的作用时间和浓度呈正相关,而且LfcinB主要时通过诱导Jurkat细胞发生早期凋亡来抑制其增殖,并且其诱导Jurkat细胞早期凋亡的最佳浓度和时间分别为200μg/mL和48 h。

Inhibition of cancer cells from LfcinB as immune-enhancer and nutrient supplements was researched. This experiment measured the vitality of Jurkat cells by CCK-8 and analysed the mode of action from LfcinB effect to human acute T lymphocyte leukemia cells (Jurkat cells) by double marker flow cytometry. According to the results, the effects of LfcinB to Jurkat cells on proliferation inhibition were positively related to the action concentration and time. And the proliferation inhibition of Jurkat cells by LfcinB was mainly induced by the early apoptosis ratio, and the best concentration and time to induce Jurkat cells early apoptosis was 200μg/mL and 48 h.
