目的：我院对临床科室特殊物品在消毒供应中心进行全程消毒灭菌的管理方法，以更好地避免医院内发生的交又感染现象进行科学的研究以及仔细的探讨。方法对我院2011年的消毒供应室对临床科室特殊物品的消毒方法进行回顾性总结和分析，全程的探讨以及消毒灭菌管理方法注意事项和效果。结果我院一般会通过消毒供应中心的全程消毒和灭菌进行管理，在我院的所有特殊物品，都能够达到一定的消毒灭菌水平，与临床科室所供应的回收以及配送都没有出现差错。结论供应中心要依据科学全程进行消毒灭菌管理，具有相对较好的治疗效果，需要在多方面、多角度不断推进临床工作的发展，提高正常的工作效率。
