目的：探讨小儿过敏性紫癜的中医辨证论治临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月～2014年6月收治的36例过敏性紫癜患者的中医辩证治疗资料进行分析。结果治愈19例，有效15例，无效2例，总有效率94.44%。随访6个月～1年，复发5例。结论中医药在小儿过敏性紫癜方面越来越占有一定的优势，能够减少紫癜的复发，减少HSP肾损害的发生。
목적：탐토소인과민성자전적중의변증론치림상료효。방법선취2012년1월～2014년6월수치적36례과민성자전환자적중의변증치료자료진행분석。결과치유19례，유효15례，무효2례，총유효솔94.44%。수방6개월～1년，복발5례。결론중의약재소인과민성자전방면월래월점유일정적우세，능구감소자전적복발，감소HSP신손해적발생。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine treatment on pediatric allergic purpura. Methods Analysised 36 cases of allergic purpura data from January 2012 to June 2012. Results After treatment,19 cases were cured,15 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,total effective rate was 94.44%. Follow-up 6 months to 1 year,5 cases were recurrence. Conclusion Chinese medicine playes a certain advantage in pediatric allergic purpura, it can reduce the recurrence of purpura and the occurrence of the HSP renal damage.
