目的：探讨分析胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的CT诊断和鉴别诊断特征。方法抽取我院收治的40例胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤患者的临床资料，总结分析CT诊断和鉴别诊断的特征。结果在40例胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤CT诊断中检出率为100％，诊断结果符合率为75％，有30例为实性患者，10例为假性患者。结论采用CT扫描对胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断有很好的参考价值。

Objective To investigate the pancreatic solid pseudopapil ary tumor CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of characteristics. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with pseudo-papil ary tumor solid with pancreatic extract in 2011 February to 2013 August in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, summarized the characteristic of CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Results In 40 cases of pancreatic solid pseudopapil ary tumor, CT diagnosis positive rate was 100%, the diagnostic results are consistent with the rate of 75%, there were 30 cases of real patients, 10 cases were false patients. Pancreatic solid pseudopapil ary tumor mostly for circular and el iptical, pancreatic boundaries clearer. CT enhancement scan in a substantial part of the arterial phase tumors appearred homogeneous mild enhancement in arterial phase and delayed phase, and would gradual y strengthen. Conclusion Using CT scanning has a very good reference value to the pancreas in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of solid-pseudopapil ary tumor.
