目的：探讨品管圈活动在提高脑出血鼻饲患者对肠内营养安全认知度中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组，确定活动主题，针对患者的情况制订相应的改进措施并组织实施，再调查鼻饲患者对肠内营养安全的认知度，并采用相应的措施巩固。结果品管圈活动的开展显著提高了患者对肠内营养安全认知度的合格率，与开展前相比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论开展品管圈活动能显著提高脑出血鼻饲患者对肠内营养安全的认知度。
目的：探討品管圈活動在提高腦齣血鼻飼患者對腸內營養安全認知度中的應用效果。方法成立品管圈小組，確定活動主題，針對患者的情況製訂相應的改進措施併組織實施，再調查鼻飼患者對腸內營養安全的認知度，併採用相應的措施鞏固。結果品管圈活動的開展顯著提高瞭患者對腸內營養安全認知度的閤格率，與開展前相比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.01）。結論開展品管圈活動能顯著提高腦齣血鼻飼患者對腸內營養安全的認知度。
목적：탐토품관권활동재제고뇌출혈비사환자대장내영양안전인지도중적응용효과。방법성립품관권소조，학정활동주제，침대환자적정황제정상응적개진조시병조직실시，재조사비사환자대장내영양안전적인지도，병채용상응적조시공고。결과품관권활동적개전현저제고료환자대장내영양안전인지도적합격솔，여개전전상비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론개전품관권활동능현저제고뇌출혈비사환자대장내영양안전적인지도。
Objective To investigate the quality control circle in improving safety cognition of enteral nutrition among cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods To establish quality control circle group, determined the theme of the event, aiming at the condition of the patients to formulate the corresponding improvement measures and implementation, and investigation of nasal feeding patients with enteral nutrition security awareness, and adopted corresponding measures to consolidate. Results The development of quality management circle activity significantly increased the qualification rate of patients with enteral nutrition security awareness, there was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Carrying out quality management circle activity can improve cerebral hemorrhage patients with nasogastric enteral nutrition awareness of safety.
