目的：探讨健康教育在老年骨科患者护理中的效果。方法选取我院收治的老年骨科患者72例，均分为两组，每组36例。对照组行常规护理，研究组行健康教育，对比其效果。结果研究组健康知晓率为97.22%，对照组为80.56%，对比差异显著（P<0.05）。结论在老年骨科患者护理中应用健康教育效果较好。

목적：탐토건강교육재노년골과환자호리중적효과。방법선취아원수치적노년골과환자72례，균분위량조，매조36례。대조조행상규호리，연구조행건강교육，대비기효과。결과연구조건강지효솔위97.22%，대조조위80.56%，대비차이현저（P<0.05）。결론재노년골과환자호리중응용건강교육효과교호。
Objective To study the effect of health education in patients with elderly orthopaedic care. Methods Chose 72 cases of elderly orthopaedic patients in our hospital, and divided into two groups, 36 cases in each group. Control group used routine nursing care, research group used health education, compared the effect. Results The health awareness in research was 97.22%, control group was 80.56%, there was significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of health education in elderly patients with orthopaedic care effect is good.
