目的：探讨呼吸衰竭患者的临床护理措施，提高患者生存机会。方法选取22例呼吸衰竭患者的临床护理资料进行分析总结。结果本组22例患者中除2例合并心力衰竭死亡外，其余20例患者呼吸状况得以改善。结论对呼吸衰竭患者进行综合护理干预，可提高患者生命质量，延长生命时间。

목적：탐토호흡쇠갈환자적림상호리조시，제고환자생존궤회。방법선취22례호흡쇠갈환자적림상호리자료진행분석총결。결과본조22례환자중제2례합병심력쇠갈사망외，기여20례환자호흡상황득이개선。결론대호흡쇠갈환자진행종합호리간예，가제고환자생명질량，연장생명시간。
Objective The clinical nusring measures of patients with respiratory failure are to be investigated to increase the chances of survival. Methods Analyzing and summarizing clinical nursing data selected from 22 cases of patients with respiratory failure. Results Of all the 22 cases, 2 cases of patients dead because of heart failure, while the other 20 cases of patients had an improvement in respiratory state. Conclusions Applying comprehensive nursing intervention to patients with respiratory failure can improve their quality of life and prolong the lifetime.
