Detection of pesticide in rice is important to keep edible safety. In order to improve the detection accuracy of the pesticide residue in rice, the sample retreatment technology is the key. In recent years, pretreatment technology for determination of pesticide residue in rice, had got development, this paper summarized the progress of extraction and purification technology of pesticide residues in rice.
