1stOpt软件辅助植物防晒剂组合物优化.以植物防晒剂组合物的成本最低为目标函数,以防晒化妆品的防晒指数(SPF)大于30,以及每个植物防晒剂的浓度大于0为约束条件,建立数学模型.利用七种常见植物防晒剂的价格、提取产率、紫外吸收值等数据,运用1stOpt软件的粒子群法,优化得到了SPF=30且成本最低的植物防晒剂组合物.1stOpt软件具有操作简单、拟合快速而准确、收敛速度快等优点,是优化防晒化妆品配方的有力工具.

The 1stOpt software aidedthe optimization of plant sunscreens compound .A math model was built .In this math model ,the lowest cost of the plant sunscreens compound were set as optimizingtarget ,the lower limits of each sunscreenand certain sunprotection factor (SPF) value were set as constrainconditions .The particle swarm optimization of lstOpt was applied to optimize the model by the data of UVabsorption spectrum of plant sunscreens ,the extraction rate and cost of plant sunscreen ,and got the plant sunscreen compound of the low‐est cost and certain SPF .The 1stOpt software is simple in operation ,rapid and accurate in fit‐ting with high convergence rates ,which is efficient instrument tooptimize the formula of plant sunscreens .
