采用熔融法,选取Na2 O‐BaO‐ZnO‐B2 O3‐SiO2系低熔点玻璃为基釉,以 TiO2为乳浊剂,通过乳浊剂不同的加入方式制备了低温无铅乳浊玻璃釉.通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜及EDS能谱分析,研究了TiO2的不同加法及TiO2同一含量不同釉烧温度下对釉面性能及釉的显微结构的影响,并对以TiO2作为乳浊剂的乳浊釉的乳浊机理进行探讨.结果表明:乳浊剂不同的加入方式、加入量不同,乳浊相的存在状态、乳浊机理、乳浊效果不同.当采用双加法(即熔加和磨加相结合)后,既有未熔、散布在基体中晶粒的,也有析出晶相并促使所存晶相发育良好相结合从而使釉面形成良好乳浊.在620℃釉烧温度下以熔加2%并磨加5.5% TiO2时,发现釉中晶体数量密集,尺寸与可见光相近,分散性高,使釉对光的折射和散射能力强,釉面乳白效果最好,白度可达到71.88.
採用鎔融法,選取Na2 O‐BaO‐ZnO‐B2 O3‐SiO2繫低鎔點玻璃為基釉,以 TiO2為乳濁劑,通過乳濁劑不同的加入方式製備瞭低溫無鉛乳濁玻璃釉.通過X射線衍射、掃描電鏡及EDS能譜分析,研究瞭TiO2的不同加法及TiO2同一含量不同釉燒溫度下對釉麵性能及釉的顯微結構的影響,併對以TiO2作為乳濁劑的乳濁釉的乳濁機理進行探討.結果錶明:乳濁劑不同的加入方式、加入量不同,乳濁相的存在狀態、乳濁機理、乳濁效果不同.噹採用雙加法(即鎔加和磨加相結閤)後,既有未鎔、散佈在基體中晶粒的,也有析齣晶相併促使所存晶相髮育良好相結閤從而使釉麵形成良好乳濁.在620℃釉燒溫度下以鎔加2%併磨加5.5% TiO2時,髮現釉中晶體數量密集,呎吋與可見光相近,分散性高,使釉對光的摺射和散射能力彊,釉麵乳白效果最好,白度可達到71.88.

Low‐melting Na2 O‐BaO‐ZnO‐B2 O3‐SiO2 glasses were selected as basic glaze and were prepared by melting method ,and the low temperature lead‐free opacified glaze was pre‐pared with different adding method of TiO2 which was used as opacifier .The effects of the different adding method and the same content of TiO2 in different sintering temperature on the capability and macrostructure of glaze were studied by scanning electron microscopy ,X‐ray diffraction and EDS .The opacifying mechanism of TiO2 opalescent glaze was also ana‐lyzed .The results indicate:as the opacifying agent with different adding method and content , opacifying phase has different existing state ,opacifying mechanism ,opacifying effect .When using mixed addition method (combination of melting in frit and milling in glaze) has the un‐melted ,scattered grains in the matrix ,also has the crystalline phase and make the good com‐bination of the crystal grow th .Glaze under sintering temperature of 620 ℃ to melt plus 2%and mill plus 5 .5% TiO2 ,the whiteness of the glaze can be improved (The whiteness reached 71 .88) with the increase of the high dispersion phase particles and droplets ,which size is close to the wavelength of the visible light .
