将改性胶原蛋白乳液、市售的苯丙乳液、以及糊化淀粉,三者复配,然后对瓦楞原纸进行表面施胶,并优化施胶工艺.结果表明,改性胶原蛋白乳液与苯丙乳液复配施胶时,两者的最佳比例为1∶1,此时对纸张的抗张指数、环压指数和Cobb60值的提升率分别为63.4%、79.2%和60%;改性胶原蛋白乳液与淀粉复配施胶纸样的力学性能要比其与苯丙乳液复配施胶后的高,其Cobb60值比苯丙乳液和淀粉复配施胶后的低;改性胶原蛋白乳液、苯丙乳液、以及淀粉三者复配施胶,三者的比例为0.2∶0.8∶10时,对未施胶纸样进行施胶,纸张的力学性能和抗水性较好.

The surface sizing performance on corrugated paper with the self‐made modified collagen emulsion ,commercial styrene acrylic emulsion ,as well as the gelatinized starch were researched ,and then optimize sizing process .Experimental results show that w hen paper sized with the modified collagen emulsion and acrylic emulsion ,best proportion is 1∶1 ,and the tensile index ,ring crush index and Cobb60 of paper has increased 63 .4% ,79 .2% and 60%respectively .The mechanical properties of paper sized with modified collagen emulsion and modified collagen emulsion couple with gelatinized starch are better than that of paper sized by styrene acrylic emulsion and starch .The water resistance of paper sized by modified colla‐gen emulsion couple with styrene acrylic emulsion was better than that of the commercially sized paper .Collagen modified emulsion ,styrene‐acrylic emulsion ,and the starch compound with sizing ,when the ratio of 0 .2∶0 .8∶10 ,paper after sizing e for has good mechanical properties and w ater resistance .
