The generation and development of copyright are closely related to technological change, Technological change has not only promoted the development and improvement of the copyright, but also brings the challenge.The new characteristics of propagation and using make the copyright in trouble under cloud computing technology,As a kind of route choice,Instead of copyright mode is dififcult to take root,copyright is still the optimal institutional arrangements that adjust the relationship of propagation and using the relationship.By adjusting the copyright proprietary rights,digital rights management,coordinating rational use and technical measures and introducing of antitrust terms we can realize the smooth transition of the copyright.Reasonable knowledge sharing mode operation can stimulate endogenous dynamic of copyright working together toward the development of public interest that free sharing knowledge information.
