基于梁轨相互作用原理,建立桥上无缝线路线桥墩一体化模型,研究主桥铺设小阻力扣件下单线连续梁桥墩纵向水平刚度的限值。研究结果表明:在主桥铺设小阻力扣件下,钢轨伸缩附加应力最大值与连续梁温度跨度及桥墩刚度近似呈线性关系;轨道结构稳定性和钢轨断缝对桥墩刚度限值均不起控制作用,桥墩刚度限值仅由钢轨强度控制;连续梁温度跨度较大时,桥墩刚度限值与温度跨度近似呈线性关系,对于温度跨度为240 m的连续梁,轨温变化幅度为50℃、40℃和30℃时,连续梁固定支座处桥墩刚度限值分别为1282、522、226 kN/( cm·线)。
基于樑軌相互作用原理,建立橋上無縫線路線橋墩一體化模型,研究主橋鋪設小阻力釦件下單線連續樑橋墩縱嚮水平剛度的限值。研究結果錶明:在主橋鋪設小阻力釦件下,鋼軌伸縮附加應力最大值與連續樑溫度跨度及橋墩剛度近似呈線性關繫;軌道結構穩定性和鋼軌斷縫對橋墩剛度限值均不起控製作用,橋墩剛度限值僅由鋼軌彊度控製;連續樑溫度跨度較大時,橋墩剛度限值與溫度跨度近似呈線性關繫,對于溫度跨度為240 m的連續樑,軌溫變化幅度為50℃、40℃和30℃時,連續樑固定支座處橋墩剛度限值分彆為1282、522、226 kN/( cm·線)。

The line-bridge-pier integration model of continuous welded rail is established based on the beam-track interaction principle. Then the limits of longitudinal horizontal stiffness of single continuous beam piers are studied with the main bridge equipped with small resistance fasteners. The results show that:when the main bridge is laid with small resistance fasteners, the maximal value of additional rail expansion and contraction force approximately demonstrate linear relationship with the value of expansion length of continuous beam and the value of stiffness of continuous beam pier; stability of the track structure and rail joints do not produce controlling effect on the limits of pier stiffness, it is controlled only by the strength of rail;the limits of pier stiffness and temperature range are approximately turn to be in linear relation when the temperature range of continuous beam is little bigger. For 240 m of the temperature range, when the rail temperature is in the range of 50 ℃、40 ℃ and 30 ℃, the limits of stiffness of fixes steady pier of continuous beam bridge are 1282 , 522 and 226 kN/( cm · line ) respectively.
