提出了一种适用于快速响应电源管理系统中的软启动电路。该电路利用运算放大器钳位反馈原理,实现了平稳无过冲的软启动切换。基于0.25μm BCD(双极型晶体管、互补型金属氧化物场效应管及高功率双扩散半导体场效应管集成技术)工艺,对所设计电路进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,该电路在–40~+125℃的温度范围内都能够实现稳定的软启动切换。结合系统整体仿真结果分析,本电路的性能达到了使电源系统稳定启动的预期目标,可用于对响应速度要求较高的避雷器监测系统。
提齣瞭一種適用于快速響應電源管理繫統中的軟啟動電路。該電路利用運算放大器鉗位反饋原理,實現瞭平穩無過遲的軟啟動切換。基于0.25μm BCD(雙極型晶體管、互補型金屬氧化物場效應管及高功率雙擴散半導體場效應管集成技術)工藝,對所設計電路進行瞭倣真驗證。倣真結果錶明,該電路在–40~+125℃的溫度範圍內都能夠實現穩定的軟啟動切換。結閤繫統整體倣真結果分析,本電路的性能達到瞭使電源繫統穩定啟動的預期目標,可用于對響應速度要求較高的避雷器鑑測繫統。

A kind of soft-start circuit without overshoot suitable for power management module of high-speed response system was proposed. The clamp feedback circuit was used to realize stable switch without overshoot during the whole soft start process. Based on 0.25μm BCD technique(a kind of silicon processes combines the bipolar device, CMOS and DMOS for power and high-voltage elements), the circuit was verified by simulation. The simulation results show that the circuit can realize stable soft-start switch in a given temperature fluctuation range (–40–+125℃).Combined with the analysis of the whole system simulation results, the performance of the circuit achieves the expected goal of stable soft-start, and the module can be implemented in lightning guard monitor system, which has a high demand of response speed.
