采用固相反应法制备了GdBaCo1.8Fe0.2O5.5–δ块体,通过XRD及PPMS测量表征了样品的结构及磁性特征。研究结果表明,样品为单相正交层状钙钛矿结构,样品磁矩和测量历史有关,呈现团簇玻璃行为。样品在反铁磁奈尔温度以下存在变磁性转变行为,转变磁场区域较宽,转变磁场强度随着温度升高而降低。这些磁性行为被认为和掺铁样品中的相分离相关。

Bulk GdBaCo1.8Fe0.2O5.5-δ was synthesized using the solid state action method. The structure and magnetic properties of the prepared sample were studied through XRD and PPMS measurements. The results indicate that the sample is of single phase with layered orthorhombic perovskite structure. The magnetic moment is related to the measurement history, which indicates the cluster glass behavior. The metamagnetism was observed for the sample below Neel temperature through a large magnetic field region. The metamagnetic transition temperature decreases with the increase of temperature. These magnetic behaviors were regarded as the result from phase separation in Fe doped sample.
