根据雅砻江流域管理的需求,利用Flex API,ArcGIS Engine ( AE)二次开发包,采用B/S+C/S架构,搭建了雅砻江数字流域信息系统。该系统包含多个信息链的展示,在浏览器端,用户可根据不同的功能模块进行有效信息的查询,实现雅砻江流域信息共享,推动了流域水利信息化建设。

This paper , based on the management needs of Yalong River , using the secondary development package of Flex API and ArcGIS Engine (AE), adopting B /S +C /S architecture, realizes Basin digital information system of the Yalong River .The sys-tem is a display structure which includes a plurality of information chains .According to different functional modules , users can achieve effective information inquiry and achieve information sharing of the Yalong River on the browser , which play an important role in pro-moting the information construction of its basin irrigation works .
