本研究借助美国学者Swain构建的职业生涯影响因素及规划模式，探索云南地方高校少数民族学生职业生涯规划的影响因素及各因素在该群体职业生涯规划中影响的程度和作用，提出促进地方高校少数民族学生职业规划有效性的探索性建议。
