目前全纳教育逐渐成为特殊教育界的基本理念,中国实行全纳教育的模式是随班就读,如何让特殊学生得到更多有效的支持,是开展随班就读工作必须考虑的重要问题。应在全纳教育的环境下,遵循适合特殊儿童的特殊需要、特殊儿童和普通儿童共同进步的原则,选择自愿、尊重和理解特殊儿童的同伴支持者,经过严格的培训,使其担当支持特殊儿童的学习、行为习惯、心理疏导等方面的任务,使双方获得共同的提高与进步。
目前全納教育逐漸成為特殊教育界的基本理唸,中國實行全納教育的模式是隨班就讀,如何讓特殊學生得到更多有效的支持,是開展隨班就讀工作必鬚攷慮的重要問題。應在全納教育的環境下,遵循適閤特殊兒童的特殊需要、特殊兒童和普通兒童共同進步的原則,選擇自願、尊重和理解特殊兒童的同伴支持者,經過嚴格的培訓,使其擔噹支持特殊兒童的學習、行為習慣、心理疏導等方麵的任務,使雙方穫得共同的提高與進步。
목전전납교육축점성위특수교육계적기본이념,중국실행전납교육적모식시수반취독,여하양특수학생득도경다유효적지지,시개전수반취독공작필수고필적중요문제。응재전납교육적배경하,준순괄합특수인동적특수수요、특수인동화보통인동공동진보적원칙,선택자원、존중화리해특수인동적동반지지자,경과엄격적배훈,사기담당지지특수인동적학습、행위습관、심리소도등방면적임무,사쌍방획득공동적제고여진보。
At present, inclusive education has become the basic idea of special education, China imple?mentation of inclusive education mode is with the class, how to let the students get more effective support, is to carry out the important problems with the class work must be given. In the inclusive education environment, with special needs, suitable for special children, special children and normal children with the common prog?ress of the principle, voluntarily, respect and understand the special children peer supporters, to undergo a rig?orous training, to take the support of special children learning, behavior habits, psychological and other as?pects of the task, make both access to improve and progress together.
