目的：探讨护理干预对T细胞酶联免疫斑点试验结果（ T-SPOT. TB）阳性风湿性疾病患者心理状况的影响。方法：将收治的64例T-SPOT. TB阳性风湿性疾病患者进行护理干预，采用汉密顿焦虑量表（ HAMA）评定患者在得知T-SPOT. TB结果的次日和1周后的心理状况。结果：本组患者均顺利完成连续性治疗，正常出院。干预后HAMA总分及焦虑、害怕、紧张、失眠、记忆或注意障碍各因子得分明显低于干预前（ P＜0.01）。结论：及时的护理干预可有效缓解T-SPOT. TB阳性风湿性疾病患者焦虑、害怕、紧张等负性情绪，提高患者满意度。
목적：탐토호리간예대T세포매련면역반점시험결과（ T-SPOT. TB）양성풍습성질병환자심리상황적영향。방법：장수치적64례T-SPOT. TB양성풍습성질병환자진행호리간예，채용한밀돈초필량표（ HAMA）평정환자재득지T-SPOT. TB결과적차일화1주후적심리상황。결과：본조환자균순리완성련속성치료，정상출원。간예후HAMA총분급초필、해파、긴장、실면、기억혹주의장애각인자득분명현저우간예전（ P＜0.01）。결론：급시적호리간예가유효완해T-SPOT. TB양성풍습성질병환자초필、해파、긴장등부성정서，제고환자만의도。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the psychological state of patients with rheumatic disease( positive tested by T-cell ELISPOT). Methods:Nursing intervention was given to 64 positive patients with rheumatic diseases. HAMA was used to assess the psychological state of the patients when they knew the results of T-SPOT. TB the next day and after one week. Results:All the patients successfully completed the continuous treatment and were discharged from hospital. The total score of HAMA and the score of each factor like anxiety,fear,tension,insomnia and memory or attention disorder were significantly lower after the intervention than those before the intervention(P<0. 01). Conclusion:The timely nursing intervention can effectively relieve anxiety,fear,tension and other negative e-motions of( T-SPOT. TB)positive patients with rheumatic diseases and can improve their satisfaction.
