目的：探讨优质护理对女性尿失禁患者生活质量的影响。方法：将62例女性尿失禁患者随机分为观察组和对照组各31例，在给予相同治疗方法的基础上，对照组给予全面评估患者状况、用药护理、记排尿日记等常规护理，观察组给予包括心理护理、健康教育、饮食护理、皮肤护理、行为干预等优质护理；比较两组尿失禁对患者的影响程度、生活质量及失禁程度。结果：护理后，观察组尿失禁问卷简表（ICI-Q-SF）评分、失禁程度均低于对照组（P＜0.05），尿失禁生活质量量表（I-QOL）评分高于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论：优质护理更能改善女性尿失禁患者的生活质量，降低失禁程度，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토우질호리대녀성뇨실금환자생활질량적영향。방법：장62례녀성뇨실금환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각31례，재급여상동치료방법적기출상，대조조급여전면평고환자상황、용약호리、기배뇨일기등상규호리，관찰조급여포괄심리호리、건강교육、음식호리、피부호리、행위간예등우질호리；비교량조뇨실금대환자적영향정도、생활질량급실금정도。결과：호리후，관찰조뇨실금문권간표（ICI-Q-SF）평분、실금정도균저우대조조（P＜0.05），뇨실금생활질량량표（I-QOL）평분고우대조조（ P＜0.05）。결론：우질호리경능개선녀성뇨실금환자적생활질량，강저실금정도，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the effect of high quality nursing care on quality of life in female patients with urinary inconti-nence. Methods:62 female patients with urinary incontinence were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(31 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care like comprehensive assessment of patientˊs condi-tion,medication nursing and making voiding diary based on the same treatment in both groups,and the patients in the observation group were given high quality nursing care,including psychological nursing,health education,diet care,skin care and behavior intervention. The influence of urinary incontinence on the patients,quality of life and the degree of urinary incontinence of the patients were compared be-tween the two groups. Results:The score of ICI-Q-SF and the degree of urinary incontinence were lower in the observation group than the control group after the intervention(P<0. 05);the score of I-QOL was higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The high quality nursing care can improve the quality of life of female patients with urinary incontinence and decrease the degree of urinary incontinence.
