目的：探讨多元化康复干预对颈髓损伤（ CSCI）患者并发肺部感染的影响。方法：将80例CSCI患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，两组术后1周内均介入相同的常规康复功能训练和护理（深呼吸训练，翻身、拍背），治疗组在介入常此基础上加上多元化康复干预；观察40 d后对两组肺部病原菌检出率、肺功能指标检测结果进行比较。结果：治疗组肺部病原菌检出率低于对照组（P＜0.05），治疗组治疗后肺功能指标检测结果与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：CSCI患者经多元化康复干预能有效改善呼吸功能，减少肺部感染，提高患者生活质量。
목적：탐토다원화강복간예대경수손상（ CSCI）환자병발폐부감염적영향。방법：장80례CSCI환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각40례，량조술후1주내균개입상동적상규강복공능훈련화호리（심호흡훈련，번신、박배），치료조재개입상차기출상가상다원화강복간예；관찰40 d후대량조폐부병원균검출솔、폐공능지표검측결과진행비교。결과：치료조폐부병원균검출솔저우대조조（P＜0.05），치료조치료후폐공능지표검측결과여대조조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：CSCI환자경다원화강복간예능유효개선호흡공능，감소폐부감염，제고환자생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the multiple rehabilitation intervention on the complicated pulmonary infection in pa-tients with cervical spinal cord injury. Methods:80 patients with cervical spinal cord injury were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(40 cases in each group). The patients in both groups were given the conventional rehabilitation training and nursing care( deep breathing training,turning over,patting on the back)after operation for one week and the patients in the treatment group were additionally provided multiple rehabilitation intervention. The pulmonary infection rate of the patients and the result of lung function tests were observed in the two groups after operation for 40 days. Results:The pulmonary infection rate of the patients was lower in the treatment group than the control group(P<0. 05);there is statistically significant difference in the comparison of the result of lung function tests be-tween the two groups after treatment(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The multiple rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve the respirato-ry function and reduce pulmonary infection in patients with cervical spinal cord injury so as to improve their life quality.
