目的：探讨个性化心理护理对耐多药肺结核患者治疗及心理的影响。方法：将60例耐多药肺结核患者随机分为对照组和实验组各30例，对照组采用常规心理护理，实验组采用个性化心理护理，观察比较两组不良心理的变化、服药的依从性、住院时间。结果：实验组治疗后SCL-90评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05），两组治疗后服用药物的依从率和胸部X片好转率比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：个性化心理护理干预能有效提高耐多药结核患者的服药依从性，使实验室检查明显好转，缩短住院时间。
목적：탐토개성화심리호리대내다약폐결핵환자치료급심리적영향。방법：장60례내다약폐결핵환자수궤분위대조조화실험조각30례，대조조채용상규심리호리，실험조채용개성화심리호리，관찰비교량조불양심리적변화、복약적의종성、주원시간。결과：실험조치료후SCL-90평분여대조조비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05），량조치료후복용약물적의종솔화흉부X편호전솔비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론：개성화심리호리간예능유효제고내다약결핵환자적복약의종성，사실험실검사명현호전，축단주원시간。
Objective:To explore the effect of the individualized psychological nursing intervention on the psychological state of patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods:60 patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into the control and experimental groups(30 cases in each group). The conventional psychological nursing care was taken in the control group and the individualized psychological nursing care was adopted in the experimental group,the adverse psychological reaction, medication compliance and the length of stay in hospital of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of SCL-90 score between the two groups after treatment(P<0. 05);the differ-ences in the comparison of the medication compliance of the patients and improvement rate according to the chest X-ray examination were statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The individualized psychological nursing intervention can improve the medication compli-ance of patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis and shorten the hospitalization time.
