目的：：探讨经阴道分娩发生软产道损伤类别、分娩方式及它们之间的相互关系。方法：回顾性分析132例经阴道分娩发生软产道损伤患者的临床资料。结果：132例患者，会阴阴道裂伤108例（81.82％），其中侧切再损伤89例（67.42％），未侧切阴道裂伤19例（67.42％）；软产道损伤在妊娠合并高血压疾病、肝功能障碍、急产患者中的发生率高于无合并症者（P＜0.05）；助产术者高于正常产者（P＜0.05）；长产程者高于短产程者（P＜0.05）。结论：重视产妇发生软产道损伤的高危因素，及时正确地诊断和处理软产道损伤是降低软产道损伤并发症、提高围产保健的重要内容。
목적：：탐토경음도분면발생연산도손상유별、분면방식급타문지간적상호관계。방법：회고성분석132례경음도분면발생연산도손상환자적림상자료。결과：132례환자，회음음도렬상108례（81.82％），기중측절재손상89례（67.42％），미측절음도렬상19례（67.42％）；연산도손상재임신합병고혈압질병、간공능장애、급산환자중적발생솔고우무합병증자（P＜0.05）；조산술자고우정상산자（P＜0.05）；장산정자고우단산정자（P＜0.05）。결론：중시산부발생연산도손상적고위인소，급시정학지진단화처리연산도손상시강저연산도손상병발증、제고위산보건적중요내용。
Objective:To investigate the categories of vaginal delivery with soft birth canal injury, mode of delivery and their relationship.Methods:Clinical data on 132 cases of vaginal delivery with soft birth canal injury were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among the 132 cases of patients, there were 108 cases of (81.82%) perineal vaginal laceration, in which there were 89 cases (67.42%) of side cut and injury and 19 cases (67.42%) of vaginal laceration without side cut. Incidence of soft birth canal injury was signiifcantly higher in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension complicated with liver dysfunction, liver dysfunction and emergency childbirth, midwifery and longer labor than in ones without complications, normal childbirth and shorter labor (P< 0.05), respectively.Conclusion:Great attention should be paid to the importance of risk factors of maternal related to soft birth canal injury, and its timely and correct diagnosis and treatment are an important content of reducing the complications and improving perinatal health care.
