目的：调查样本地区糖尿病管理现状，分析其中存在的问题，提出建议与对策。方法：抽样调查2013年度样本地区内35岁及以上2型糖尿病患者，对样本地区糖尿病的管理现状进行评价，与发达城区进行对比分析。结果：2013年康乐县、会宁县、凉州区2型糖尿病患者健康管理率分别为97.95%、94.29%、17.69%。2008-2012年，康乐县糖尿病健康教育普及率由10.85%增长为77.73%；会宁县由94.80%增长为92.32%；凉州区明显滞后。结论：样本县（区）基层医疗机构糖尿病的管理状况呈现逐年改善，但仍存在不足，与发达城区存在差距。

목적：조사양본지구당뇨병관리현상，분석기중존재적문제，제출건의여대책。방법：추양조사2013년도양본지구내35세급이상2형당뇨병환자，대양본지구당뇨병적관리현상진행평개，여발체성구진행대비분석。결과：2013년강악현、회저현、량주구2형당뇨병환자건강관리솔분별위97.95%、94.29%、17.69%。2008-2012년，강악현당뇨병건강교육보급솔유10.85%증장위77.73%；회저현유94.80%증장위92.32%；량주구명현체후。결론：양본현（구）기층의료궤구당뇨병적관리상황정현축년개선，단잉존재불족，여발체성구존재차거。
Objective:To investigate the situation of diabetes management in sample areas,analyze the existing problems and propose suggestions and countermeasures.Methods:Type 2 diabetes patients aged 35 and over in sample areas in 2013 were investigated by sampling. The situation of diabetes management was evaluated and compared with that in the developed areas.Results: The health management rate of patients with type 2 diabetes in Kangle county, Huining county and Liangzhou district were 97.95%,94.29% and 17.69%, respectively. During 2008-2012, diabetes health education coverage grew from 10.85% and 94.80% to 77.73% and 92.32% in Kangle county and Huining county, respectively, however it lagged behind the other two areas in Liangzhou district.Conclusion: The situation of diabetes management in sample areas has been improved year by year, however there are still shortcomings and gap compared with developed areas.
