新入职高校教师课堂教学质量的问题主要集中在对科研重视不够、没有充分发挥学生在教学中的主体地位、教学环节完整性不足、教学重难点不够突出四个方面，从这四方面着手提高质量才能解决问题。

신입직고교교사과당교학질량적문제주요집중재대과연중시불구、몰유충분발휘학생재교학중적주체지위、교학배절완정성불족、교학중난점불구돌출사개방면，종저사방면착수제고질량재능해결문제。
Based on the analysis of some new college teachers ’classroom teaching ,this paper pointed out the problems in the process ,including inadequate attention to scientific research ,not giving dominance to students , lack of complete teaching design and unclear teaching focus and difficulties , before suggesting corresponding suggestions to tackle these problems .
