随着生活水平的提高,经济时代的发展,快节奏的消费者更多地选择外出就餐,这种群体性的消费习惯造就了快餐业的快速发展状大。而随着弃“奢”从“俭”风的掀起,中小餐馆的生意变得火爆。新形势对于济南市中小餐馆是一个机遇,也是一个挑战。它们必须交流新思想、探索新模式,抓住顾客消费心理,迅速由传统的粗放式经营向精细化、规模化发展。

With the improvement of living standards and the acceleration of pace of life ,more people choose to dine out,which in turn prompt the rapid development of the fast food industry .The recent shifting from being extravagant to being economical propels the flourishing of small and medium-sized restaurants .The new oppor-tunities and challenges make it necessary for these businesses to exchange new ideas ,explore new modes ,seize customers’psychology ,and transform their uncontrolled running modes to intensive management .
