高职院校图书馆不同于本科院校图书馆,有其自身特点,图书馆管理者应研究有效的管理形式,创新管理模式,不断提高服务水平。实践证明,在管理上实行“三级督导月反馈”制度,效果明显;组织开展主题鲜明的特色活动,有助于激发馆员的工作热情;管理者运用好任务均衡和激励原则,有助于调动全体馆员的工作积极性,使图书馆这个集体始终保持旺盛的战斗力。

The library of higher vocational college is different from the library of undergraduate college, which has its own characteristics. The administrators should research on effective management form, innovate management mode, and constantly improve the level of service. Practice has proved that implementing " three-level supervision and monthly feedback" system is obviously effective; organizing the featured activities with the characteristics of distinct theme is very helpful to stimulate the librarians’ working enthusiasm; applying the task equilibrium and incentive principle is conducive to mobilize the librarians’ working initiative and make the collective always maintain vigorous working capacity.
