海洋生态安全对于海洋经济持续、健康、稳定发展具有重要作用。人类不合理的开发、利用海洋资源，使海洋生态系统不断遭到破坏，制约海洋经济的可持续发展。在海洋经济飞速发展的今天，我国海洋生态安全总体形势严峻，本文在分析影响海洋生态安全因素的基础上，从加强海洋生态道德建设、加强海洋环境监测、建立防灾减灾体系、国际协作等七个方面提出加强海洋生态保护、保障海洋生态系统健康稳定发展的对策。
海洋生態安全對于海洋經濟持續、健康、穩定髮展具有重要作用。人類不閤理的開髮、利用海洋資源，使海洋生態繫統不斷遭到破壞，製約海洋經濟的可持續髮展。在海洋經濟飛速髮展的今天，我國海洋生態安全總體形勢嚴峻，本文在分析影響海洋生態安全因素的基礎上，從加彊海洋生態道德建設、加彊海洋環境鑑測、建立防災減災體繫、國際協作等七箇方麵提齣加彊海洋生態保護、保障海洋生態繫統健康穩定髮展的對策。
해양생태안전대우해양경제지속、건강、은정발전구유중요작용。인류불합리적개발、이용해양자원，사해양생태계통불단조도파배，제약해양경제적가지속발전。재해양경제비속발전적금천，아국해양생태안전총체형세엄준，본문재분석영향해양생태안전인소적기출상，종가강해양생태도덕건설、가강해양배경감측、건립방재감재체계、국제협작등칠개방면제출가강해양생태보호、보장해양생태계통건강은정발전적대책。
Marine ecological security plays an important role for marine sustainable ,healthy and stable economic development .Human’s unreasonable exploitation and utilization of marine resources dama‐ges the marine ecosystems continuously ,restricts the sustainable development of marine economy .In today's rapid economic grow th ,overall situation of China's marine ecological security is grim .Basing on the analysis of the factors influencing the marine ecological system security ,this paper puts for‐ward countermeasures from seven aspects ,such as the construction of marine ecological ethics sys‐tem ,strengthening marine environmental monitoring ,disaster prevention and mitigation system ,in‐ternational collaboration in seven aspects .It proposes to strengthen the protection of marine ecology for the healthy and stable development of the marine ecosystem .
