研究了不同浓度的悬浮物对鲈鱼和梭鱼幼体的毒性效应。实验结果表明:疏浚淤泥悬浮相对其效应明显。21℃和24℃试验水温时,悬浮物对鲈鱼幼苗的急性毒性实验结果分别为:96 h LC50为1711.2 mg/L、1052.8 mg/L ;安全浓度分别为:171.12、105.28 mg/L ;悬浮物对梭鱼幼苗的急性毒性实验结果分别为:96 h LC50为453.6、168.1 mg/L ;安全浓度分别为:45.36、16.81 mg/L。随温度、悬浮物浓度的升高,毒性效应呈增强趋势。

Studies on the toxic effects of suspended substances (SS) on the bass larvae and pike larvae were conducted in laboratory .The results are reported as follows :The acute toxic effects of the sludge suspended solution to crustacean plankton are very clear .When the test temperature is 21 .0 ,24 .0 ℃ , The results showed that the 96 h LC50 were 1 711 .2 mg/L ,1052 .8 mg/L to the bass larvae ,and the safe concentrations w ere 171 .12、105 .28 mg/L ,respectively ,the 96 h LC50 is 453 .6、168 .1 mg/L to the pike larvae ,and the safe concentrations were 45 .36 ,16 .81mg/L .The acute toxicity increased with the test temperature or suspension concentration going up .
