基于关键业绩指标分析法构建了以充裕性、供电有序性、节能环保性、经济性为关键指标的电力电量平衡评价指标体系。采用主客观结合的层次分析?熵权组合法作为评价指标权重的计算方法,基于逼近理想点排序法对电力电量平衡方案进行综合评估。通过对实际算例进行分析,验证了该评估体系和综合评估方法的有效性和正确性。

Based on key performance indicators, an evaluation index system for electric power and energy balance, which combines the adequacy, order of power supply, energy saving, economy, is constructed, and the combination of analytical hierarchy process and entropy weight, in which the subjective features and objective features are combined, is taken as the calculation method to evaluate the weight of the index, based on the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS), the scheme of electric power and energy balance is synthetically evaluated. The effectiveness and correctness of the proposed evaluation system and synthetical evaluation method are validated by analysis on actual case.
