目的：：探讨小剂量米氮平联合舍曲林治疗老年性抑郁症患者的疗效及安全性。方法：随机将60例老年性抑郁症患者分为研究组(米氮平联合舍曲林治疗)和对照组(舍曲林)，每组30例，观察6周。比较两组患者治疗前和治疗每周末，分别评定汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)，以HAMD减分率评定疗效。结果：研究组和对照组患者的总有效率分别为73.3%和56.6%，两组患者间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；HAMD评分研究组患者治疗1周即显著下降，对照组患者治疗4周时显著下降(P<0.05)；两组患者治疗后各时期TESS总分比较，无显著差异(P>0.05)，研究组失眠发生率较对照组低。结论：小剂量米氮平联合舍曲林治疗老年性抑郁症患者的疗效优于单纯舍曲林治疗。
목적：：탐토소제량미담평연합사곡림치료노년성억욱증환자적료효급안전성。방법：수궤장60례노년성억욱증환자분위연구조(미담평연합사곡림치료)화대조조(사곡림)，매조30례，관찰6주。비교량조환자치료전화치료매주말，분별평정한밀이돈억욱량표(HAMD)화부반응량표(TESS)，이HAMD감분솔평정료효。결과：연구조화대조조환자적총유효솔분별위73.3%화56.6%，량조환자간비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；HAMD평분연구조환자치료1주즉현저하강，대조조환자치료4주시현저하강(P<0.05)；량조환자치료후각시기TESS총분비교，무현저차이(P>0.05)，연구조실면발생솔교대조조저。결론：소제량미담평연합사곡림치료노년성억욱증환자적료효우우단순사곡림치료。
Objective:To explore efficacy and safety of small dose Mirtazapine combined with Sertraline in treatment of elderly depressive patients. Methods:Sixty elderly patients with depression were divided into study group ( Mirtazapine combined with Sertra-line, n=30) and control group (Sertraline, n=30) and observed for 6 weeks. Hamilton depression scale (HAMD 17) and treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects before and 1, 2, 4 and 6 weeks after the treatment. Results:The total effective rates of study group and control group were 73. 3% and 56. 6%, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P<0. 05). The scores of HAMD decreased significantly at the end of the first week in study group, but that happened at the end of the fourth week in control group (P<0. 05). The TESS total scores were not statistically significant between the two groups (P>0. 05). The study group has a lower insomnia incidence rate than control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions: Small dose Mirtazapine combined with Sertraline is more effective than single Sertraline for the elderly depressive patients.
