目的：分析Roux-y乙状结肠新膀胱术围手术期护理经验及技巧。方法对收治的21例应用Roux-y乙状结肠新膀胱术的患者围手术期护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果21例患者均痊愈出院，无因护理不当产生并发症病例。结论合理、有效的护理对Roux-y乙状结肠新膀胱术开展及减少并发症的发生起着重要作用。

Objective To analyze the Roux-y sigmoid neobladder perioperative nursing experience and skil s .Methods Patients were treated 21 cases of application of Roux-y sigmoid neobladder perioperative nursing data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 21 patients were cured without complications due to improper care cases.Conclusion Reasonable and ef ective care for the Roux-y sigmoid neobladder car ied out to reduce the incidence of complications and plays an important role.
