目的：探究中医活血化瘀与西药联合在慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗的效果。方法选取本院2012年3月~2014年3月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者60例，随机分成对照组和研究组各30例，对照组单纯使用西药实施治疗，研究组使用活血化瘀中药联合西药实施治疗，对比两组治疗的效果。结果研究组患者的有效率为93.33%，明显高于对照组的76.67%，研究组的不良反应情况明显少于对照组，差异明显，具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论采用中医活血化瘀联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有显著的效果，能减少患者的不良反应发生率，值得临床推广。

목적：탐구중의활혈화어여서약연합재만성위축성위염치료적효과。방법선취본원2012년3월~2014년3월수치적만성위축성위염환자60례，수궤분성대조조화연구조각30례，대조조단순사용서약실시치료，연구조사용활혈화어중약연합서약실시치료，대비량조치료적효과。결과연구조환자적유효솔위93.33%，명현고우대조조적76.67%，연구조적불량반응정황명현소우대조조，차이명현，구유통계학의의(<0.05)。결론채용중의활혈화어연합서약치료만성위축성위염구유현저적효과，능감소환자적불량반응발생솔，치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for activating blood circulation in the ef ect of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Our hospital in March 2012 to March 2014 were 60 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, each 30 cases randomly divided into control group and research group, control group using pure western medicine treatment, the team used the joint implementation of the western medicine treatment of TCM for activating blood circulation and compare the ef ect of two groups of treatment. Results The patients with team ef ective rate was 93.33%, significantly higher than the control group, 76.67% of the team's bad reaction is significantly less than the control group, obvious dif erences, statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Chronic atrophic gastritis with traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine therapy for activating blood circulation has significant ef ect, can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of patients and is worth clinical promotion.
