目的：探讨心脏穿透伤的诊断与救治方法。方法对我院51例心脏穿透伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果抢救成功49例，死亡2例，抢救成功率96.1%。结论建立健全的救治流程，开辟绿色通道，迅速明确诊断，避免过多检查，缩短术前时间，及时开胸手术并加强术后管理是提高心脏穿透伤患者抢救成功率的关键。
목적：탐토심장천투상적진단여구치방법。방법대아원51례심장천투상환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과창구성공49례，사망2례，창구성공솔96.1%。결론건립건전적구치류정，개벽록색통도，신속명학진단，피면과다검사，축단술전시간，급시개흉수술병가강술후관리시제고심장천투상환자창구성공솔적관건。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and rescue methods of the penetrating wounds of the heart. Methods To retrospectively analyze 51 patients of in our hospital with penetrating wounds of the heart. Results 49 cases were successful y rescued,2 cases died.The survival rate was 96.1%. Conclusion The key to improving the success rate of the penetrating wounds of the heart is establishing and improving the treatment process,opening the emergency green channel,timely diagnosising, avoiding doing too much examination,shortening the time before surgery,aggressiving thoracic operation and strengthening the management of postoperative.
