目的：探讨中西医结合疗法治疗小儿肺炎的临效果。方法选取62例在我院进行治疗的小儿支原体肺炎患儿，随机分为治疗组和对照组，照组使用西药治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药治疗，比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率高达93.5%，对照组仅为74.2%，治疗组疗效显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗效果要优于单纯用西药治疗，且疗效迅速。

목적：탐토중서의결합요법치료소인폐염적림효과。방법선취62례재아원진행치료적소인지원체폐염환인，수궤분위치료조화대조조，조조사용서약치료，치료조재대조조적기출상가용중약치료，비교량조료효。결과치료조총유효솔고체93.5%，대조조부위74.2%，치료조료효현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(<0.05)。결론중서의결합치료효과요우우단순용서약치료，차료효신속。
