目的:探讨2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的临床特点。方法选取30例2型糖尿病伴NAFLD患者,另选取30例非NAFLD 2型糖尿病患者,比较分析两组患者的一般资料及生化指标。结果伴NAFLD组患者的胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、腰围(WC)、体重指数(BMI)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、尿酸(UA)、天冬酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)均明显高于非NAFLD组(<0.05);伴NAFLD组患者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低于非NAFLD组(<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病伴NAFLD与胰岛素抵抗有密切联系,临床应加强对体重、血糖、血脂、尿酸的有效控制,纠正代谢紊乱,改善胰岛素抵抗。

목적:탐토2형당뇨병합병비주정성지방간(NAFLD)적림상특점。방법선취30례2형당뇨병반NAFLD환자,령선취30례비NAFLD 2형당뇨병환자,비교분석량조환자적일반자료급생화지표。결과반NAFLD조환자적이도소저항지수(HOMA-IR)、요위(WC)、체중지수(BMI)、삼선감유(TG)、총담고순(TC)、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)、뇨산(UA)、천동산안기전이매(AST)、병안산안기전이매(ALT)、γ-곡안선전이매(GGT)균명현고우비NAFLD조(<0.05);반NAFLD조환자적고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)저우비NAFLD조(<0.05)。결론2형당뇨병반NAFLD여이도소저항유밀절련계,림상응가강대체중、혈당、혈지、뇨산적유효공제,규정대사문란,개선이도소저항。
Objective To explore the type 2 diabetes mel itus and nonalcoholic fat y liver disease (NAFLD) clinical characteristics. Methods Selected 30 patients with type 2 diabetes mel itus associated with NAFLD, selecting 30 cases of NAFLD in patients with type 2 diabetes, the comparative analysis of two groups of patients with general information and biochemical indexes. Results Patients with NAFLD group with indexes of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), waist circumference (WC), body mass index (BMI), three acyl glycerin (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL - C), uric acid (UA) and amino acid transaminase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), gamma glutamine transferase (GGT) were significantly higher than the NAFLD group ( <0.05);Patients with NAFLD group with high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL- C) below the NAFLD group ( <0.05). Conclusion Type 2 diabetes mel itus associated with NAFLD is closely related to insulin resistance, clinical on body weight should be strengthened, the ef ective control of blood sugar, blood lipid, uric acid, cor ecting metabolic disorder, improve insulin resistance.
