为了应对全球变暖气候灾害,低碳城市已经成为各国的共同追求。本文基于低碳城市理论内涵,通过分析低碳城市与城市规划的内在关系,阐述了如何合理编制城市空间结构、城市绿地系统规划、产业规划,交通规划等方面内容,并相应提出了城市规划对策,对有效地建设可持续发展的低碳城市具有重大指导意义。

In order to deal with the climate disasters of global warming, low-carbon city has become a national common pursuit. This paper based on theoretical connotation of low-carbon city, by analyzing the inherent relationship between the low-carbon cities and urban planning, to explains how reasonable preparation the urban spatial structure, urban green space system planning, transportation planning, and so on. Thus this has a great significance to effectively building a sustainable and low-carbon city.
