目的:研究原发性肝细胞癌中HMGB1及受体RAGE的表达与肝癌发生发展,侵袭转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学及计算机图像分析技术方法检测肝癌旁及肝癌组织中HMGB1和RAGE的表达情况,及其与原发性肝细胞癌临床病理因素的关系。结果:HMGB1、RAGE在原发性肝细胞癌组织中存在协同高表达(rS=0.470,P=0.000),二者与肝癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。肝癌伴淋巴结转移组HMGB1、RAGE的表达明显高于肝癌无淋巴结转移组,肝癌肿瘤组织包膜不完整者HMGB1、RAGE的表达高于包膜完整者,HMGB1表达随Edmondson 分级的增加而增高,而RAGE与表达Edmondson 分级无相关关系。结论:HMGB1和RAGE蛋白的表达与原发性肝细胞癌的临床病理学特征密切相关, HMGB1与其受体RAGE的结合可能参与了原发性肝细胞癌的侵袭和转移。 HMGB1及其受体RAGE可能是促进原发性肝细胞癌发生、转移的重要信号通路。
目的:研究原髮性肝細胞癌中HMGB1及受體RAGE的錶達與肝癌髮生髮展,侵襲轉移的關繫。方法:採用免疫組織化學及計算機圖像分析技術方法檢測肝癌徬及肝癌組織中HMGB1和RAGE的錶達情況,及其與原髮性肝細胞癌臨床病理因素的關繫。結果:HMGB1、RAGE在原髮性肝細胞癌組織中存在協同高錶達(rS=0.470,P=0.000),二者與肝癌患者性彆、年齡、腫瘤大小無關(P>0.05)。肝癌伴淋巴結轉移組HMGB1、RAGE的錶達明顯高于肝癌無淋巴結轉移組,肝癌腫瘤組織包膜不完整者HMGB1、RAGE的錶達高于包膜完整者,HMGB1錶達隨Edmondson 分級的增加而增高,而RAGE與錶達Edmondson 分級無相關關繫。結論:HMGB1和RAGE蛋白的錶達與原髮性肝細胞癌的臨床病理學特徵密切相關, HMGB1與其受體RAGE的結閤可能參與瞭原髮性肝細胞癌的侵襲和轉移。 HMGB1及其受體RAGE可能是促進原髮性肝細胞癌髮生、轉移的重要信號通路。
목적:연구원발성간세포암중HMGB1급수체RAGE적표체여간암발생발전,침습전이적관계。방법:채용면역조직화학급계산궤도상분석기술방법검측간암방급간암조직중HMGB1화RAGE적표체정황,급기여원발성간세포암림상병리인소적관계。결과:HMGB1、RAGE재원발성간세포암조직중존재협동고표체(rS=0.470,P=0.000),이자여간암환자성별、년령、종류대소무관(P>0.05)。간암반림파결전이조HMGB1、RAGE적표체명현고우간암무림파결전이조,간암종류조직포막불완정자HMGB1、RAGE적표체고우포막완정자,HMGB1표체수Edmondson 분급적증가이증고,이RAGE여표체Edmondson 분급무상관관계。결론:HMGB1화RAGE단백적표체여원발성간세포암적림상병이학특정밀절상관, HMGB1여기수체RAGE적결합가능삼여료원발성간세포암적침습화전이。 HMGB1급기수체RAGE가능시촉진원발성간세포암발생、전이적중요신호통로。
Objective:To investigate the relation between the HMGB 1 ( high-mobility group box-B1) and RAGE ( receptor for advanced glycation end product ) in the development hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Method:The expression and clinicopathological factor of HMGB 1 and RAGE protein were detected with immunohistochemistry and image analysis ( IA) techniques in 30 HCC speciments and tumor-adjacent-tissurs( P<0.05) .Result:The expressions of HMGB 1 and RAGE protein were coordinately increased ( rS =0.470,P=0.000),expressions were not significantly related to the size of HCC and age ,gender and tumor size.The expression of HMGB1 and RAGE protein was higher in HCC with regional lymph nodes metastasis than primary HCC tissues with no regional lymph nodes metastasis (P<0.05).The expression of HMGB1 and RAGE protein was higher in HCC with complete envelope than primary HCC tissues with incomplete envelope (P<0.05).From the well differentiatiated HCC tissues to the poor differentiated tumor tissues , the expres-sions of HMGB1 and RAGE protein were increased (P<0.05).the expression of RAGE was not significantly related to the differentiatiated HCC tissues .Conclusion:HMGB1 protein and its receptor RAGE is highly co-expressed in HCC tissue , which may play an important role in the development and progress of HCC .The main signaling pathway is activated through the interaction of HMGB 1 with its receptor for RAGE in the de-velopment and progress of HCC .
