目的:对比超声引导下聚桂醇注射及无水酒精注射硬化治疗单纯性肾囊肿的临床效果。方法:98例单纯性肾囊肿患者随机分为两组,分别给予超声引导下聚桂醇或无水酒精注射硬化治疗,对比两组患者临床效果及不良反应。结果:两组患者治愈率(89.8%vs85.7%)与有效率(95.9%vs95.9%)比较均无统计学差异( P>0.05);无水酒精组患者患侧不适及醉酒反应发生率均显著高于聚桂醇组(P<0.01),不良反应发生率显著高于聚桂醇组(P<0.01)。结论:超声引导下聚桂醇或无水酒精注射治疗单纯性肾囊肿疗效大致相当,但聚桂醇具有良好来源,作用更温和,操作更简便,在硬化剂的选择中,应优先考虑聚桂醇。

목적:대비초성인도하취계순주사급무수주정주사경화치료단순성신낭종적림상효과。방법:98례단순성신낭종환자수궤분위량조,분별급여초성인도하취계순혹무수주정주사경화치료,대비량조환자림상효과급불량반응。결과:량조환자치유솔(89.8%vs85.7%)여유효솔(95.9%vs95.9%)비교균무통계학차이( P>0.05);무수주정조환자환측불괄급취주반응발생솔균현저고우취계순조(P<0.01),불량반응발생솔현저고우취계순조(P<0.01)。결론:초성인도하취계순혹무수주정주사치료단순성신낭종료효대치상당,단취계순구유량호래원,작용경온화,조작경간편,재경화제적선택중,응우선고필취계순。
Objective:To contrast the curative effect of anhydrous alcohol and lauromacrogol injection guided by ultrasound for the treatment of simple renal cysts .Method: 98 patients with simple renal cysts were randomly divided into two groups , and treated with anhydrous alcohol ( anhydrous alcohol group ) or lauromacrogol ( lauromacrogol group ) injection guided by ultrasound , then the curative effects and adverse reaction were contrasted between the two groups .Result: There was no significantly difference in the cure rate(89.8%vs 85.7%) and effective rate(95.9%vs 95.9%)( P>0.05); The incidence of ipsilateral dis-comfort and drunkenness reaction , and the adverse reaction rate in the anhydrous alcohol group were signifi-cantly higher than the lauromacrogol group (P<0.01).Conclusion: Ultrasound guided lauromacrogol or an-hydrous alcohol injection has roughly equal curative effect in the treatment of simple renal cysts , but lauro-macrogol has good sources , and is more gentle , more convenient operation , so in the hardening agent selec-tion, We should give priority to lauromacrogol .
