目的：分析对比封闭式负压引流（ VSD ）与传统换药方法在治疗难愈性创面中的应用效果。方法：选择2012年1月至2014年6月期间烧伤整形科收治的难愈性创面患者60例，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组各30例。对照组患者应用常规清创、换药方法治疗；研究组在常规清创的基础上应用VSD治疗，比较两组创面愈合时间、创面愈合率、换药次数及住院时间。结果：研究组创面愈合时间、换药次数及住院时间显著低于对照组（ P＜0．05）；创面愈合率显著高于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论：VSD治疗难愈性创面疗效显著，可以有效减少患者的换药次数，加快创面的愈合时间，操作简便，值得临床推广。
목적：분석대비봉폐식부압인류（ VSD ）여전통환약방법재치료난유성창면중적응용효과。방법：선택2012년1월지2014년6월기간소상정형과수치적난유성창면환자60례，수궤분위연구조여대조조，매조각30례。대조조환자응용상규청창、환약방법치료；연구조재상규청창적기출상응용VSD치료，비교량조창면유합시간、창면유합솔、환약차수급주원시간。결과：연구조창면유합시간、환약차수급주원시간현저저우대조조（ P＜0．05）；창면유합솔현저고우대조조（ P＜0．05）。결론：VSD치료난유성창면료효현저，가이유효감소환자적환약차수，가쾌창면적유합시간，조작간편，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To analyze the effect of closed negative pressure drainage ( VSD) application and the traditional method of dressing change in the treatment of refractory wounds .Method:Selected 60 patients of refractory wounds from Jan.2012 to Jun.2014 in Burn and Plastic Surgery Dept.of our hospital, they were randomly divided into study group and control group , each with 30 cases.The control treatment group were treated with routine debridement , dressing change method;basic research group in the conventional debride-ment on the application of VSD treatment , compared two groups of wound healing time , wound healing rate and hospitalization time , dressing change times .Result:The wound healing time , dressing change times and duration of hospitalization was significantly lower than the control group ( P<0.05); the wound healing rate was significantly higher than that of control group ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:VSD is very efficacious in treating refractory wound dressing , can effectively reduce the number of patients , accelerate wound healing time , simple operation , is worth the clinical promotion .
